It is very rare that we buy salad dressing in this house because we are always creating our own unique combinations! This super fast and yummy green dressing can be made in 5 minutes and is DELISH!
½ cup organic Greek Yogurt
½ organic shallot
Handful fresh dill and Italian parsley
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Juice of one organic lemon
2 tsp organic onion powder
2 tsp organic garlic powder
Splash of hot sauce
Splash of avocado or MCT oil
Celtic salt and pepper to taste
- There is literally one simple – Just throw all the ingredients in a food processor/blender and voilà!
If you want it to be thinner just add a milk of your choice. For dairy free, omit the Greek Yogurt and use almond milk OR equal parts almond milk + cashew cheese for a thicker dressing. This will last in your fridge for 3 -5 days. If it goes a little brown that is just because of the oxidation of the avocado. This dressing is also great as a dip – Enjoy!
